Cumulus to Present at HCBS Conference in Baltimore

Cumulus is excited to sponsor the upcoming 2025 Home and Community-Based Services (HCBS) Conference, taking place August 24–28 at the Baltimore Marriott Waterfront. On Tuesday August 26 at 2:00 Cumulus will present co-present the session entitled How to Scale Veteran Directed Care: Lessons from a Super Hub. In this session, the team will explore how SMPDD’s VDC “super hub” model now spans 8 states and 16 VA Medical Centers—and went live with a modern, scalable platform in under 60 days.
