Cumulus Welcomes Josh Hodges to Customer Council

Cumulus is excited to welcome Josh Hodges, Vice President and Chief Customer Officer at the National Council on Aging (NCOA), to its Customer Council. With his extensive experience in aging services and his leadership in large-scale initiatives, Mr. Hodges will bring invaluable perspectives to Cumulus as the company continues to evolve and refine its solutions to meet the dynamic needs of its customers.

At NCOA, Mr. Hodges leads a wide range of programs aimed at empowering older adults to enroll in benefits, prevent falls, and manage their health. His career has been dedicated to improving aging experiences, having worked in both national nonprofits and the federal government. Prior to NCOA, he served as Acting Deputy Administrator for the Center for Integrated Programs at the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services’ Administration for Community Living (ACL). There he oversaw a portfolio of aging and disability programs totaling over $110 million.

Mr. Hodges’ background is also directly aligned with Cumulus’ mission. NCOA has adopted Cumulus’ platform for high-impact programs, including the National Vaccine Uptake Grant Project and the Senior Community Service Employment Program (SCSEP), which encompasses hundreds of subgrantees nationwide.
