In 2025, a growing number of health and social care organizations selected Cumulus as their strategic technology platform, not in response to a single moment or challenge, but as a deliberate investment in long-term capability, flexibility, and sustainability.
Read more about Cumulus Emerges as the Platform of Choice for Community-Based CareCumulus announced the release of Cumulus Enroll, a module designed to automate and streamline enrollment workflows that are traditionally paper-heavy, manual, and error-prone across health and social care programs.
Cumulus Enroll extends the core Cumulus platform with structured tools for assembling, pre-filling, routing, and managing enrollment forms and packets. The module is purpose-built for programs that must coordinate complex employer and employee onboarding processes, including Veteran Directed Care, Financial Management Services, and other consumer-directed models.
Cumulus Enroll allows organizations to create unique enrollment packets that are pre populated with demographic and program data already stored in Cumulus. Teams can upload fillable PDF forms, map Cumulus data fields to form fields, and manage end to end workflows for information collection and signature capture. When electronic signatures are used, automated alerts notify users as forms are routed to the appropriate signers, with support for Knowledge Based Authentication to verify signer identity. This reduces duplicate data entry, shortens enrollment timelines, and improves visibility across distributed teams and partner organizations.
Enrollment is one of the most operationally fragile points in many programs. Cumulus Enroll was built to remove friction from that process, without forcing organizations to abandon the forms, rules, and compliance requirements they already operate under.
–Tom Laba, Cumulus President
The module also supports ongoing enrollment needs, including re enrollments, updates to existing packets, and program changes driven by state, federal, or other requirements such as Veterans Affairs Medical Center requirements. Built in workflow controls and monitoring tools provide program administrators with clear visibility into enrollment status and potential bottlenecks, while still allowing flexibility for local variation.
Cumulus Enroll is now available as an add-on module for Cumulus customers.
Organizations interested in learning more can contact Cumulus to request a demonstration or discuss how Cumulus Enroll fits within their existing enrollment and program operations.
