Vermont’s Neighborhood Connections Selects Cumulus

Deployment

Neighborhood Connections, a Vermont-based organization providing benefits screening, intake, and support across multiple community programs, has selected Cumulus as its platform for centralized client data management and reporting.

Neighborhood Connections supports individuals and families through programs such as 3SquaresVT (SNAP), LIHEAP (fuel assistance), and other benefits access initiatives. As the organization’s work has expanded, its team has been managing client data across multiple systems, creating duplication and making reporting more difficult.

With Cumulus, Neighborhood Connections will consolidate into a single platform to manage intake, screening, case notes, and tracking of direct financial assistance, while maintaining a unified client record across programs.

Like many organizations, we were managing client information across multiple systems, which created unnecessary duplication and made reporting more difficult. Cumulus gives us a straightforward, secure way to bring care coordination together, maintain a single shared client record, and generate the reports we need without adding complexity for our team.

–Thom Simmons, Executive Director at Neighborhood Connections

Cumulus is purpose-built to support community-based organizations working across multiple programs and funding streams. The HITRUST certified, secure platform enables teams to manage client records, conduct screenings and assessments, track activities and financial assistance, and generate reports aligned with funder and internal requirements.

Neighborhood Connections is exactly the kind of organization we built Cumulus for. They’re managing multiple programs with a small team and need something that simplifies operations, reduces duplication, and supports reporting without adding overhead.

–John Byer, CEO of Cumulus

The implementation will focus on centralizing client data, aligning intake and screening processes, and supporting reporting across funding sources, while maintaining a streamlined and easy-to-use experience for staff.
